Our cuisine is inspired by the great tradition of the Sicilian island, but we rework it with a contemporary and highly personal style.
Our passion is to always seek originality and innovation, in order to constantly grow and improve.
For us, the products of our territory are real treasures that tell the story and culture of Sicily.
In the kitchen, we dedicate ourselves exclusively to local, zero km ingredients, favoring products from organic farming and scrupulously following seasonality.
We have built relationships of trust with selected suppliers, guaranteeing only excellence in the quality of raw materials.
We love dedicating ourselves personally to bread-making, carefully creating our bread, rolls and breadsticks, and making fresh pasta by hand, using only ancient Sicilian grain flours.
Finally, to delight the palate with irresistible desserts, we present those created by our pastry chef Milù.
Our passion and commitment to cooking have been recognized and recommended by the Osteria d'Italia 2023.
