The cuisine of Hostaria San Francesco encapsulates the traditions of Sicily with a creative and contemporary touch.
Seasonality is the guiding principle behind the menu, which changes four times throughout the year.
An ever-evolving culinary experience marked by an original touch bears the name of Veronica Ravidà. It is a cuisine in constant experimentation, where flavors are expertly combined to create unique dishes that remain connected to their homeland.
Hostaria San Francesco was born from the dream of Giovanni Puglisi and Veronica Ravidà, becoming a reality in July 2019. The restaurant is located in the square of the Church of San Francesco, from which it takes its name, offering a picturesque view of the sea. It is a special setting for the guests of the Hostaria.
