That of the Indelicato family is a surname present in the tradition of Sicilian pastry since 1950.
Indeed, it was in those years that Salvatore began his long working experience in some of the most renowned pastry shops in Messina.
In the 70s he decided to move to Milazzo, bringing with him a wealth of experience to the city of Mamertina.
It was only in 1993 that he decided to found "Chantilly", a family-run artisan pastry shop. In fact, the demand for its products is such that in 2000 it became necessary to transfer the premises with the expansion of the laboratory and the introduction of cutting-edge equipment.
And it is here that he entrusts the management to his daughter Maria Pia, gifted with an innate creativity that he uses to enhance the beauty of the decorations and packaging, and to his son-in-law Donato, with various work experiences, including abroad, in the catering field , following us closely and gradually revealing the secrets of the ancient pastry shop.
The support of our customers and the desire to always improve, drives us in 2013 to open a new store in the central Via Cumbo Borgia, with an adjoining cafeteria, overlooking Piazza Duomo.
It is therefore thanks to the passion, wisdom and creativity combined with a careful choice of the best raw materials that we continue to delight our customers, whom we never forget to thank!
